Real Estate investors are the primary clients of Clark Law Group. Most issues handled by the firm derive from delinquent tax sales throughout the State of Georgia. The firm assists clients in all phases of tax deed investing, from due diligence, acquisition, redemption, barment and quiet title actions. Additionally, the firm represents clients in title defects, fractured titles, estate matters and curative title litigation. The firm's litigation matters focus on quiet titles, declaratory judgments, and partition actions to clear clouds on title to real estate. The firm also has extensive experience in recovering excess tax sale funds.

John C. Clark
John is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law. John's legal practice began at Proctor Hutchins, a boutique real estate litigation firm, where he represented the largest delinquent tax lien and tax deed investment companies in Georgia. In 2009, John was a founder of the firm Clark Caskey, which evolved into Clark Law Group in 2016. John's career has focused on advising real estate investors, and in particular delinquent property tax deed and lien investors, for over fifteen years. John has been lead counsel in hundreds of quiet title actions, which is the core of John's practice. In recognition of this experience, John has been appointed by the Superior Court to serve as a Special Master in complex real estate litigation. In addition to his trial court practice, John has made oral arguments numerous times before the Georgia Supreme Court in cases involving delinquent property tax related issues.
